Why Aren’t Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis Leaving Their Kids Any Money?

Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis

There’s been a lot of talk about “nepo babies” recently, and in the midst of all the discussion Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis are making headlines. The couple has publicly stated that they don’t plan to leave any of their money to their children. Instead, they’ll be donating all of their fortune to charities of their choice.

The reason behind this is that they don’t want to raise spoiled or entitled kids, and believe their children should have to work hard to make their own fortune if they want that level of wealth. With their combined net worth of $275 million, Kutcher and Kunis are already giving their children a life that’s much more privileged than many people would have.

The kids will have to learn to make their own way in life as adults, though. Of course, that’s only if they don’t want to start up their own businesses. Kutcher has said that either of their children could start up a business, and he and Kunis would be willing investors. That could give either one or both of the couple’s kids the opportunity to turn that investment into a strong and sustainable future.

Opinions are mixed as to whether Kutcher and Kunis are doing the right thing by not leaving their money to their children. There is concern that they’re going too far in the other direction, in the wake of nepotism comments made about many celebrities that come from families who have been in the business.

But at the end of the day it’s up to Kutcher and Kunis what they do with the millions of dollars they’ve accumulated from a successful career in front of the camera and any other endeavors they get involved in for the future.

With parents who care for them and teach them about the value of working for what they want, along with options for investment in any future businesses they want to start, it’s likely that the couple’s children will do well financially. Additionally, charities will get a big boost from the donated money that Kutcher and Kunis leave behind.
