Stephanie M. Caballero
The Estate Planning & Legacy Law Center, PLC in California, led by Stephanie M. Caballero, Esq., is dedicated to providing excellent estate planning services. Stephanie has more than 10 years of experience in helping clients achieve their dream of starting a family, via surrogacy, egg donation, sperm donation, and embryo donation. Since she has worked to help create families it was a natural progression for her to want to help secure their futures. Stephanie M. Caballero, Esq. is the Founder of The Surrogacy Law Center, PLC, has appeared on various programs and print media including The Today Show, ABC News, HuffPost Live, The Daily Beast, The Bakersfield Californian, The Examiner, the Creating a Family radio program, NPR, Fox News, The Los Angeles Times, The Union Tribune and the L.A. Daily Journal (and again on March 23rd, 2015).
Stephanie is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Assisted Reproductive Technology (AAARTA) Attorneys serving on their Ethics Code Review Committee and is a member of the American Bar Association, San Diego Bar Association, and American Society of Reproductive Medicine, serving on the Executive Board of its Legal Professional Group. Stephanie also serves on the boards of Fertile Action and Parents Via Egg Donation (PVED).
Henry Wang
Henry is an Estate Planning Attorney with the Estate Planning & Legacy Law Center. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts in History. He then attended Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where he graduated with a concentration in International Business Law and Corporate Law.
Henry began his legal career in Southern California where he represented clients in real estate, immigration, and family law matters. Since 2021, Henry has centered his practice on helping clients with their estate planning needs, specifically setting up family trust, wills, and other fiduciary appointments.
In his spare time, Henry enjoys volunteering his time at the local legal clinics. Henry’s hobbies include attending the world-famous San Diego Comic Con every year and can often be found at local sporting events.
